Where do you ship to?
I’m based in Australia, but I happily ship to most countries worldwide!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $100 AUD throughout Australia & New Zealand No code required. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $12.50. International orders are charged a flat rate, calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
In Australia, most parcels arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped. International delivery times vary based on your country’s customs and postal service. You can check the latest Australia Post updates https://auspost.com.au/disruptions-and-updates/international-service-updates
Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. All orders come with tracking so that you can follow your bag’s journey to your doorstep.
What if my package gets lost or delayed?
If your parcel seems delayed or goes missing, please reach out. I’ll work closely with Australia Post to help resolve it and make sure you’re taken care of.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each MeganGaea piece is handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, I’m unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, I’m happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item is faulty, I’ll cover return shipping. For all other situations, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
