Hi, I’m Meg — the heart, hands, and imagination behind MeganGaea.
Born from a love of storytelling, design, and sustainability, MeganGaea is a celebration of slow fashion and handcrafted artistry. Every bag is handmade by me in Brisbane, Australia, using thoughtfully sourced materials and an eye for the extraordinary. I don’t do mass production — I craft one-of-a-kind pieces for people who want something that feels personal, intentional, and full of character.
My background in interior, graphic, and fashion design shapes everything I create — from texture and tone to function and flair. Creativity runs deep in my family, and my passion for colour, purpose, and detail is stitched into every piece.
I created MeganGaea for people like me — people who were tired of blending in, of carrying the same mass-produced things as everyone else. I wanted something that felt like me — a piece that could express my mood, my joy, my story. I believe you deserve that too. You’re one-of-a-kind, and your bag should be too. My designs are made to celebrate your individuality — to help you show up, stand out, and feel amazing doing it. Handmade with Care
Each item in my shop is carefully handmade by me. While I strive for the highest quality, part of the charm of handmade products is their uniqueness — little imperfections tell a story and make your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. I do not store your payment information. MeganGaea reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.
Orders
The availability of items is subject to change. Since many of my products are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell out at any time. If you see something you love, snap it up before it's gone!
Shipping Information

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $150 AUD – no code needed. Orders under this threshold ship at a flat rate of $12.50. All parcels are shipped through Australia Post and include tracking, careful packaging, and a personal touch.
🌍 International
I'm thrilled to ship worldwide! A flat rate shipping fee applies to eligible countries. Please note delivery times vary and may be impacted by custom or local postal services. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to absolutely love your purchase. Each piece is made with great care, but please keep in mind that small variations and quirks are part of the handmade charm.

Change of Mind
Because each item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I unfortunately cannot offer refunds for change of mind. -
Faults or Defects
If your item arrives with a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo, and I'll happily arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. -
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unused, in original condition. Returns that show wear or misuse cannot be accepted. -
Shipping for Returns
If the item is faulty, I'll cover return shipping costs. For any other returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
To start the process, please email me at info@megangaea.co.au with your order number. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
