Each item in my shop is carefully handmade by me. While I strive for the highest quality, part of the charm of handmade products is their uniqueness — little imperfections tell a story!

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. I do not store your payment information. MeganGaea reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.
 

Orders

The availability of items is subject to change. Since most products are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell out at any time.
 

Shipping Information

I ship within Australia and to selected international locations. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $12.50 per order through Australia Post, which includes careful packaging with a personal touch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
 

For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need more information on international shipping rates, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

MeganGaea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products or services purchased from this website.

 

Returns Policy

I want you to love your purchase! I take great care to create beautiful, unique, and high-quality handmade products. Each piece is made with love and attention to detail, but as with all handmade items, small imperfections may occur — these are part of their charm and what makes them truly one-of-a-kind. Unfortunately, I cannot refund for change of mind. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review my return policy below:
 

• Returns for Defective Items: I am happy to accept returns for any bags that are found to be defective in workmanship or materials within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact me with a photo of the defect, and I will provide instructions on how to return the item.

• Condition for Returns: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Items that show signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted.

• Return Process: Please email me at info@megangaea.com.au to begin the return process, please have your order number or receipt handy. I will provide a return authorisation number and details on how to post the item back to me.

• Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will offer a repair or refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days once the returned item is inspected.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
   

Once I receive the returned item and ensure it meets these conditions, I will process your refund promptly.
