Where do you ship to?
I’m based in Australia, but I happily ship worldwide!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $150 AUD throughout Australia & New Zealand — no code needed. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $12.50. International orders are charged a flat rate, calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Within Australia, most parcels arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped. International delivery times vary based on your country’s customs and postal service. You can check the latest Australia Post updates https://auspost.com.au/disruptions-and-updates/international-service-updates
Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. All orders come with tracking, so you can follow your bag’s journey to your doorstep.
What if my package gets lost or delayed?
If your parcel seems delayed or goes missing, please reach out. I’ll work closely with Australia Post to help resolve it and make sure you’re taken care of.

Are your bags really handmade?
Yes! Each MeganGaea bag is lovingly handmade by me, right here in Brisbane. Slight variations and quirks are part of their charm and mean your bag is truly one-of-a-kind.
What materials do you use?
I carefully select high-quality fabrics, linings, and hardware from trusted local suppliers. Many of my pieces use designer or limited-edition fabrics, making them even more special. I also repurpose and reuse fabrics where I can, and that is stated in the description under the listing.
Do you make custom bags?
Sometimes! If you have something specific in mind, get in touch. I’ll let you know if it’s possible and give you an idea of pricing and timeframes.
How can I care for my bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and avoid overloading with heavy items. If you need more detailed care advice, I’m always here to help.
💸 Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Afterpay, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, and I never store your payment details.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives with a fault or defect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll happily arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item is faulty, I’ll cover return shipping. For all other situations, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I strive to create responsibly by using high-quality materials that last, avoiding waste wherever possible, and choosing packaging that’s gentle on the planet. I also love sourcing from local businesses and supporting other small makers.
